How do I cancel my membership?

When will you charge me?
Payment will only be taken when your candle is about to be sent out to you

How do I return a candle?

How much will P&P be?
UK is £3.95, Europe is £6.25, Rest of World is £9.95

How do I make a payment each month?
We will automatically take payment when your candle is due to be sent or we will hold the candle for a cheque or postal order to be sent to us

What methods of payment can I use?
We accept Credit Cards, Cheques and Postal Orders

On what date will I receive my candle each month?
One candle will be sent out each month – we cannot confirm what date they will be sent/delivered
